I’m 18 and just starting my first year at a technical university. Engineering demands a lot, but that’s part of what draws me to it: I like the feeling of taking on something difficult and growing because of it. Still, I don’t think logic alone is enough. Even the most analytical people need an outlet for imagination, and for me, that’s what my hobbies provide. People who know me would probably call me quiet, reflective, and endlessly curious. I’m happiest in meaningful conversations, I tend to notice things others overlook, and I value experiences that feel genuine rather than staged. I haven’t fully figured out who I’m becoming yet, but I see that as an adventure, and I’m ready to welcome whatever comes my way.

Sketching is where I go to hit pause. With a pencil in hand, my mind settles, and feelings I can’t quite name find their way onto the page as shapes and lines. Then there’s the violin: years of practice have shown me what steady effort and patience really mean, and how a melody can say things no sentence ever could. And sometimes the best thing is the simplest: a stroll after dark, when the streets empty out, the noise fades, and the whole city seems to breathe differently.
